Since its founding in 2007, Fragmob has been dedicated to building an exceptional workplace for its team. In 2015 the Fragsters moved to a new, open-floorplan, custom office, allowing us to better innovate and collaborate together - and to more strategically stage our Nerf battles! The Fragsters love team activities like the annual summer BBQ/park/pool party, theater rent-out for Star Wars movie screenings, bowling, our end-of-year superlative awards, and holiday parties. At Fragmob, we believe that our company culture is what makes us successful, and in our culture, we look for both fun and humor in our daily work. Elements of our core culture include: supporting and encouraging each other and Fragmob at all times, coming with solutions and striving to make the working environment better, internally and externally with all of our clients and partners. Fragmob has a very unique practice of sharing the Monthly Investor Letter, which includes revenue and expense reports, to all employees. Since Killer Visual Strategies was founded, CEO Amy Balliett and the company’s leadership team have prioritized employee satisfaction and quality of life by offering flexible schedules and generous benefits packages to all employees. All Killer employees also enjoy a four-day workweek. 

 

Killer has worked to create an office environment conducive to both work and play, a place where team members can bond and form real friendships. To this end, Killer is a pet-friendly office furnished with local craft beer and kombucha on tap, a snack bar, a coffee and tea bar, a La Croix fridge, and cold brew coffee. To smooth the journey to the office, every employee receives a monthly $100 Commuter Benefit.

 

Killer also hosts quarterly team parties and activities. We’ve gone bowling, attended Mariners games, and sung karaoke.
