Engagement and eNPS scores are key metrics at GoCanvas. Engagement is tracked on a weekly basis through OfficeVibe to identify teams that are experiencing challenges before the challenges become complaints. Our wellness program offers bimonthly massages and yoga classes each month in addition to membership to the gym in the building. In 2019, we are implementing nutrition classes, meditation and mindfulness, and stress management. We host events throughout the year including holiday parties, potlucks, happy hours, and more.
