Our organization is led by true servant leaders, who value employee input and contributions. We have generous compensation plans, including shared commissions and profit bonus, plus new hires start with 4 weeks of PTO. We consider ourselves to be a 'work family'. We celebrate birthdays and anniversaries each month as a team. Our employees are encouraged to volunteer and can do so on paid company time.
