We believe our culture is paramount for our success, and we make it a priority every day. It starts with who we invite to join Infoblox. We interview for skills and hire for cultural fit. Each month we dedicate a section of our employee newsletter to highlighting our cultural values, in order to showcase leadership's view on how important each value is to maintaining the culture. Our performance review process includes an assessment of "living our Values" for all employees.

Our people first-culture goes hand in hand with our core values--respect, diversity, ownership, innovate, impact, and growth--and is used to guide how we work with clients and co-workers. Many team members have family members in Ukraine and we support them in any way they need, including time off to check on family members. We partnered with other organizations to provide donations to organizations in Ukraine and Poland, and we have also launched a scholarship fund to support international students at the University of Cincinnati who have been directly impacted by the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
