WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
Enterprise Knowledge's ability to maintain its employee-centric culture while experiencing rapid growth is a true testament to the team we've cultivated. Our team derives seven guiding elements of the EK Way: leadership, voice, collaboration, balance, growth, ownership, and fun. These elements manifest in the opportunities for our team members to lead and learn. We also truly enjoy one another's company--it's not uncommon to see some of us spending time together in the kitchen enjoying a bottle of wine way past 5 p.m.!
