Ripple IT
We make IT simple and strategic for SMBs.
WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
The investment in culture from the top spans beyond a Rippler's first week. Ripple's CEO hosts weekly all-hands meetings and open Q&A sessions, and shares a weekly note with recognition of key wins or company updates. Ripple continues to value what it has since the beginning: Ripplers "live it" and approach their work with passion. Through employee resource groups like Women at Ripple, or the learning and development team's Individual Development Plan program, Ripplers are encouraged to "enjoy it."
