We utilize Officevibe to survey the staff and get a true gauge of employee engagement. This platform allows employees to respond anonymously to weekly pulse surveys. Officevibe allows us to make real-time adjustments to our culture in order to foster a more inclusive, positive environment. More recent changes include instituting a work-from-home program, extend our PTO by 5 days to a total of up to 4 weeks, adding a free in-house therapist, and revising our 401(k) plan.
