We strive to create an environment that prioritizes inclusivity and employee happiness. As a fully remote team, we try to engage remotely often and in person periodically. We host a biweekly internal podcast and interview team members to get to know them better. There's an annual incentive trip to celebrate hitting goals (such as ski trips or tropical vacations). We have an initiative called Avicolorful to get together and have challenging but important conversations to brainstorm ways we can make an impact in our community.
