We implement a Flexible Work Program to create a relaxed environment. There are no mandatory hours during tax season, like most firms. Employees can set their schedule for the work week as long as they are working the core hours of 10am to 3pm. Staff can work from home as needed and have unlimited paid time off. We also started Casual Fridays and Summer Fridays with the office closing at 1pm. We also have Tax Relief Fridays. Each Friday during tax season we have different activities including corn hole tournaments, sundae bars, chair massages, games with prizes, and happy hours.
