At LYNC Logistics, we know that to be successful as a company, culture and our people must come first. Why, you ask? It is simple: Culture drives performance and promotes employee engagement. We recently did a million-dollar renovation to our office space for the sole purpose of promoting this belief in culture. In the recent renovation we added more TVs, a workout station, updated kitchen amenities, and an entire room dedicated to games and other leisure-type activities.

MakerSights was founded on core values that we live daily: bias for action; continuous learning; and improvement. It's all about our people. After one year, employees are rewarded with custom-embroidered Nike ID shoes. After two years, we help employees support their own development and learning, including student-loan repayment assistance. At three years, we offer a one-time paid vacation for three weeks, which is separate from the unlimited vacation policy, and a stipend to encourage employees to unplug from work.
