WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORK

Culture is at the center of everything we do at Orchard. We want every new team member to understand our values in their first week so they can adopt them as they ramp up. We have a "customer love" Slack channel on which people can share the kind words our customers are saying about us, and give shoutouts to the team members who worked with them. We value our team members at all levels. We also celebrate employees at our monthly all-hands meetings.

WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORK

Our teams are mixed throughout the U.S., which helps optimize collaboration between remote and non-remote colleagues. We aren't bound by processes; rather, efficient repeatable processes ensure stability, especially for new hires who need to have a frame of reference. To bring everyone together, we have an all-expenses-paid offsite "annual colleague conference" for full-time employees that takes place during the first quarter of the year. Throughout the year, we host recognition "toasts" and food events (e.g., Pancake Fridays) to get together and celebrate achievements.
