We screen for culture in our interview process. The COO calls all new team members prior to start to welcome them; we have their favorite coffee or tea and a welcome bio on their first day. We play monthly book club jeopardy. We have monthly team sweats; monthly leadership presentations with keynote speakers; waffle Wednesday; weekly yoga; an employee journey program at 90 days; internships; 10-, 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-in, and then regular quarterly reviews assessing demonstration of core values; quarterly community service projects; leadership sponsorships; and a health and wellness stipend.
