We believe that Palmisano is a "Best Place to Work" because our team enjoys coming to work. Perks are nice, but the people really make the work place amazing. We believe work should be an enjoyable experience, we spend too much time at the office to have it any other way. Challenges are easier to navigate when you have a great team. Company social events are regularly well attended, and teams request to increase the events. To an outsider, looking in on a Palmisano employee event, you would think it was a party with close friends, not a work function.

We have people at different levels across the organization but many of us work in the same space. Peddlers are excited to come into our design award-winning Austin office which sports a large cantina and a break room, complimentary beverages and snacks, beer, cold brew coffee, and tea on tap, a pool table surrounded by green turf walls, and showers for post-workout sessions at the nearby gym where Peddlers get a free membership. We also have a private roof deck overlooking 6th Street. Outside of the many amenities and most importantly, we encourage a culture of self-sufficiency and responsibility, where every Peddler is heard and has the opportunity to make a major impact on the business
