WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORKThe culture of our company is the most important aspect of our business, even more than the technology we implement. We are a service company first. Employees must buy into our philosophy of service and teamwork, be willing to help each other, and coordinate their workload. Success is more about attitude and commitment than skill set and experience. We host team building activities, maintain a company cookbook to share knowledge regarding our firm, and work hard to prioritize teamwork and togetherness above all else.

Personiv is a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider with a proven track record of delivering scalable, cost-effective, and innovative solutions to companies.
WHY WE'RE A BEST PLACE TO WORKWe make sure that all individual team members feel inspired, seen, and rewarded. Each month, Personiv plans engagement activities designed to foster a better quality of life, including company-sponsored sports teams; friendly competitions among our resident artists, filmmakers, and musicians; and Family Day celebrations that center our team's support system at home. Our people are our culture, so putting culture first means putting people first. From theme days to quarterly CSR activities to star-studded yearly galas, we engage our team by focusing on their professional and personal needs.

WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
Philosophie is a design firm, so we approach our culture from a design perspective. We think of our staff as our "users," and to learn more about them, we formally interview every team member at least twice a year. Employees have the power to design their own roles. For example, we learned that some team members wanted to work remotely. In response, we designed a "local-remote" experiment so that team members could have that opportunity.
