We continuously test and implement new initiatives to help PMG employees challenge themselves personally, accomplish great results for their clients, and achieve rejuvenating work-life balance. Our relentless attention to people is why Ad Age ranked PMG the 5th best place to work in advertising two years in a row. It’s also why we have an unheard-of employee retention rate of 90%, and a just as impressive client retention rate of 90%. We care very much about creating a culture that not only drives great ideas and results, but is also fun to work within.
PMG invests in its employees and fosters growth -- from fully-paid gym memberships and in-office yoga, to PTO for volunteering initiatives, to flexible family-friendly work schedules and locations. We also offer a strong parental leave program, which includes a $250 gift card for diapers and provides on-site lactation facilities so that new moms are encouraged to return to the workforce. We are also ramping up our talent pipeline with a robust university recruitment strategy, to help build awareness of PMG’s post-graduate training program, including intimate recruiting tactics like agency tours, classroom presentations and creative challenges.
The pinnacle of PMG’s culture, however, is our focus on diversity. A PMG team member recently brought up a quote that truly captures the spirit of the agency’s approach: “Unity cannot be without diversity.” A true testament to these words, 55% of PMG is female, and 24% of PMG is multicultural.
