The core of our business is service management. Everyone in our company strives to provide customers with 'orange glove service'. That means that we do what we say we do and provide a fantastic customer experience. For example, if we miss a call, we call customers back within a few hours. With our training classes, we ship books to students the same day and answer any questions they have along the way. I have had instructors set up study sessions outside of class to mentor students on-on-one, above and beyond the call of duty _ all in an effort to make sure our customers succeed. Our projects run on time, within budget, and deliver what we promise.
