PrettyLitter believes in cooperative participation across departments. From interns to department heads, everyone has a voice at the table during weekly meetings to give feedback, offer new ideas, and be thought partners. Everyone has responsibilities, but we provide a holistic work experience. We allocate $5,000 per employee each year for professional or personal skill-building seminars or classes, as well as offering every employee 100,000 airline points for free flights to see their families during the holidays.
