While we've worked hard to design intentional programs and resources that maintain these cultural values, the credit goes to our founders who knew to make a positive working culture a priority from the company's inception. From day one, the founders were very intentional in making Rainforest QA a place of transparency, trust, and care. Today, we consistently innovate on our cultural programs and people resources to foster a positive and development-oriented environment for our employees.

Regent Bank, a professional banking service with four branches, is Oklahoma's community lender.

Regent Bank has created a very innovative ownership program for key employees. We have an employee benevolence fund, so employees may receive temporary funds for financial difficulties. We hold Employee Celebration parties every time the bank grows by $25 million. Regent is completely transparent with employees and shares all financial and operational data. We recently started an optional daily devotional conference call for staff and clients. Every morning at 8:15, there is a 10-minute devotion and prayer.

Offers legal technology to law firms that includes fully private cloud with cloud-based Windows desktops, Microsoft licensing, identical user work experience, access data anywhere, and dedicated client servers.

Rekall's CEO and CTO give back so much to employees including a PTO day, free lunch, free dinners for two, help with negotiating a car, and being there if there's a family emergency. Our organization is the Best Place to Work because our most important asset is our people. Employees are encouraged to attend external events and trainings, with many employees themselves chairing industry groups, such as the Washington Women in PR and the DC Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. We developed an internal training program to offer cross-practice training to develop professional skills. We keep our employees happy by having an accessible and caring senior staff, by granting lots of vacation days, and gathering everyone for fun quarterly outings (bowling, sailing, ziplining). The drink cart doesn't hurt either.
