Regent Bank has created a very innovative ownership program for key employees. We have an employee benevolence fund, so employees may receive temporary funds for financial difficulties. We hold Employee Celebration parties every time the bank grows by $25 million. Regent is completely transparent with employees and shares all financial and operational data. We recently started an optional daily devotional conference call for staff and clients. Every morning at 8:15, there is a 10-minute devotion and prayer.
