We developed an internal training program to offer cross-practice training to develop professional skills. We keep our employees happy by having an accessible and caring senior staff, by granting lots of vacation days, and gathering everyone for fun quarterly outings (bowling, sailing, ziplining). And no employee has more than an 80% billable goal. Even though this means our revenue per employee is below industry average, we strongly believe this leads to healthier, happier employees and reduces the burnout that's all too common in our industry. We also take time to have fun and give back with bi-weekly events, quarterly Celebrations Lunch and regular giving back events.
