Our organization is the Best Place to Work because our most important asset is our people. Employees are encouraged to attend external events and trainings, with many employees themselves chairing industry groups, such as the Washington Women in PR and the DC Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services. We developed an internal training program to offer cross-practice training to develop professional skills. We keep our employees happy by having an accessible and caring senior staff, by granting lots of vacation days, and gathering everyone for fun quarterly outings (bowling, sailing, ziplining).
