Over the 20-plus years of the company's existence, S-One has learned to embrace its casual, fun atmosphere to help employees not only grow closer in their individual teams, but as an extension of their family. Employees are encouraged to dress comfortably because if they're comfortable in their attire, they're free to focus on the job at hand. While the leadership team often knows their teams are working hard to advance the company, they'll often ask, "Are you having fun?" It's a great check-in and reminder for individual employees to keep things in perspective. S-One's leadership team will work hard to fit the job to the individual, rather than the other way around.
