To make the workweek fun, we have happy hour every Friday and a beer/wine cart every Thursday afternoon. Study.com also has company-wide quarterly events that have included bocce ball, beach day, and fancy holiday parties. These events have helped Study.com employees develop real friendships and bonds. Each small team has a quarterly budget for an event of their choosing. These smaller events are another way of encouraging bonding and trust within the organization and makes Study.com a "Best Place to Work." 

Employees also see real results from their work with philanthropic programs like Mountain View Working Scholars, which offers any person living or working in Mountain View a free education.
