We focus on making sure employees have a healthy life, both at work and outside of work. As we did before Covid, once we go back to the office, Sysdig will provide company-catered lunches five days a week, plus budgeted lunch funds for teams and remote employees. Employees receive monthly stipends for activities they enjoy and can expense up to $100 per month for house cleaning. Since Covid, we've added outside mental health training, extended most holidays, and added an entire week off at the end of the year.

We have created a company culture encompassing work-life balance, collaboration, transparency, team building, mental health, and overall well-being, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. One of our best benefits is that all employees can visit another company office once a quarter with expenses paid for up to a week. We plan a variety of events for team bonding, individual recognitions, feedback, and personal and professional development. Whether virtual or in-person, our gatherings focus on collaboration, camaraderie, and creating interactions across our teams and locations.

We're guided by a long-term strategy that cascades through the company and gives each individual a stake and a purpose in the company's success. All employees publish a personal goal they'd like to achieve and are encouraged to pursue that goal no matter where it takes them. Our managers set high expectations, celebrate amazing work and help our employees fail fast and recover faster. When the company pivoted to remote work in 2020, we made sure everyone felt safe and included in company events, no matter where they worked.

We put people first and make sure our employees feel connected. For each of our employees, there is a member of senior leadership assigned to routinely check in and get to know them. When the pandemic made essentials like diapers, peanut butter, and baby formula scarce, we created a pantry at the home office where employees could find what they needed. Our inclusion coalition tackles racial injustices and has created a code of conduct for employees, partners, and suppliers. Our unique management practices promote cross-department collaboration, self-determination, and career growth.
