We focus on making sure employees have a healthy life, both at work and outside of work. As we did before Covid, once we go back to the office, Sysdig will provide company-catered lunches five days a week, plus budgeted lunch funds for teams and remote employees. Employees receive monthly stipends for activities they enjoy and can expense up to $100 per month for house cleaning. Since Covid, we've added outside mental health training, extended most holidays, and added an entire week off at the end of the year.
