The beauty at Catchpoint is that everyone really does work together as a team. We have an open floor plan, which allows for different members of different teams to communicate and work together effortlessly. Our CEO sits in the middle of the office, where people walk by all the time and are able to stop and talk to him or ask questions. Once a month we bring in an masseuse to treat our employees to some well deserved relaxation. We also have yoga every Tuesday in the office. Every Friday we bring in catered lunches for our employees to enjoy, and on the last Friday of each month there is an in office happy hour to celebrate the end of the month. Twice a year we do a Hackathon which allows our employees to get creative and create something the will benefit us and our clients. All winners, as well as runner ups receive more stock options in the company as well as prizes. Overall the culture at Catchpoint is work hard, play hard. We want our employees to have a great work/life balance and to be excited to come to work.
