Established in 2013 and headquartered in Winter Park, Florida, Teeming Vacation Rentals (TeemingVR) is a turn-key vacation rental management company, geared toward maximizing property owners’ rental revenues while providing incredible memories for guests in vacation destinations. This family-owned company has grown to manage over 350 properties, accommodating over 8,000 guest reservations, in 3 different market locations (i.e. St Pete/Clearwater, St Augustine/Flagler, and Panama City Beach) with an eye on expansion to new locations. Owners and founders, Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, own eight vacation rental properties themselves and bring an “owner’s perspective” to their approach, initiating the tag line “By Owners for Owners”, along with a commitment to actively “go above and beyond” in servicing both vacation rental owners and their vacationing guests.
