WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We empower our employees to be at their very best and help them to believe in themselves. We let them take time to align professional and personal goals and trust our team members to get their work done. Need to work from home to watch your children for a day? We understand, no problem. Had a great month and want to head out early on a Friday to go skiing up north for the weekend? Go for it, you earned it. Need come in late due to a doctor's appointment? We've all been there.

We work hard to create a company and culture that people love being part of. Our management encourages open and honest dialogue, conducting anonymous quarterly surveys polling what the company should start doing, stop doing, and keep doing. Each time, the survey responses turn into real change. With transparency and communication, we end up with a culture defined by the whole team.

WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK

We really care about our employees lives. We take personal and professional growth very seriously. We give yearly raises, hire from within and since we began no one has ever quit. We only have had to let go 3 people in 6 years. We help employees save and almost all of our employees never had a 401k until they started working with us.
