WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
Our focus on "Great Lives for Great People" helps ensure our company is a great place to work. With people as our primary focus, the company has grown with a culture that allows them to decide their schedules and reap the rewards of their successes with clients. Our meritocracy and intrapreneurship mentality help too.
Specifically, we have a few programs to highlight: The office is dog-friendly. We offer free lunches and dinners for employees working after 7 p.m. We have cross-division internship training to expand employees' horizons and continue educating our work force across Elite SEM. There's a $500 yearly education stipend to be spent on conferences, books, classes, or anything to further an employee's career. We have summer Fridays, where employees leave at 1 p.m. to get an early start on their weekends. We also host a fitness challenge, which encourages employees to participate in 12 physical activities a month, resulting in $50 to help pay for gym memberships or fitness classes. We also fly new remote workers to one of our offices for a week of training and give them a "remote buddy" to check in with for the first six weeks.
