When Trigon Associates was founded in 2009, we identified the guiding principles that would represent the goals of the company and its operations: Quality, Commitment and Client service. Trigon has a corporate culture that provides support and professionalism, as well as honesty and responsiveness. Our staff is given a high level of independence and responsibility in managing their workloads, and we also have a spirit of collaboration and teamwork throughout the company. The suggestions and ideas that our staff develop - whether during a design team meeting or over hot dogs celebrating the start of football season - are key to understanding the route we are traveling, as well as any adjustments needed in the path we are taking. Ideas - large and small, serious and silly - are encouraged, considered, and in many cases, immediately implemented.
