WHY WE THINK WE'RE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
We clearly defined our six core values. These values are supported by nine core traits and 48 supporting statements. Employees are routinely giving one another a shout-out in a team meeting or dropping off a card and a company-supplied gift card as a way of saying thank you for working hard. Quarterly recognition winners receive a crisp $100 bill, and one individual receives the "Rock Star" award, which includes a plaque, T-shirt, parking spot, and $1,000 bonus.
