We put culture first and foremost. We identify up to three priorities each quarter that focus on driving culture and send daily and weekly relevant core values text messages. We employ mini-games with small rewards to drive teamwork, and we hold consistent team meetings to drive process improvements up the ladder. We also survey employees on a quarterly basis. Lastly, we utilize financial literacy to help employees understand the needs of the company while providing a conduit to our planning.

Our culture is aligned around a single mission: to secure the internet and protect consumer data. To do that, we start by ensuring that our greatest asset--our employees--can do the best work of their careers. Since our founding, we have operated as a remote company with a four-day workweek, unlimited PTO, and sabbaticals. We host retreats to spend in-person time with one another and cover costs for other in-person conferences and events to build community and culture.
