Ten years ago, when we started Vivayic, we didn't know much about building a company, we just knew that we had a passion for learning, how people learning, and empowering people thru learning. At the time, we didn't think much about how we wanted to operate our business; we just knew we would operate with integrity and a commitment to excellence. As we began to grow and hire employees, we started to realize how important culture was, especially in our virtual environment. We also realized very quickly, we had to be intentional about our culture in order to create a place where we all wanted to work. We created a set of three guiding principles by which all of employees operate and why we believe we are a Best Place to Work. The first principle is "live our core values daily", with each other and with our clients. The second guiding principle is "build a rockstar environment", which means all employees show-up and take responsibility for their work. The third guiding principle is "grow with an iron sharpens iron mentality", which means we all contribute to each other and make each other better.
