We have a robust performance review process where we not only focus on the what but also the how. We concentrate on the development of each individual. Each manager is committed to developing their people and strive to have consistent coaching and development conversations. We have partnered with Trilogy Effect to build company engagement, which is focused on individual and team development for the purpose of the greater good. Monthly newsletters and quarterly companywide calls keep the team up to date on what everyone else is doing. We also have team socials and team bonding events on a regular basis to encourage group connectivity. We share the same common objectives, including a stretch target -- if reached, we receive healthy bonuses and a green light for a companywide trip. We all just got back from our first Reward Trip rested, energized and focused on a repeat performance!
