Monthly newsletters and quarterly companywide calls keep the team up to date on what everyone else is doing. We also have team socials and team bonding events on a regular basis to encourage group connectivity. We share the same common objectives, including a stretch target -- if reached, we receive healthy bonuses and a green light for a companywide trip.
