Since both my books, Momentum: How to Propel Your Marketing and Transform Your Brand in the Digital Age, and The Zen of Social Media Marketing (4th Edition), are on bookshelves now, I've finally turned towards curating my own reading list for the fall.
For the ideal reading recommendations, I turned to some leading CMOs. Here are what 19 CMOs are eager to read this season:
1. Meagan Eisenberg Meagen Eisenberg- CMO of MongoDB
Meagen brings more than 19 years of experience in the high-tech industry to her role at MongoDB. 3. Linda Boff - CMO of GE

In her role, Boff is focused on GE's transformation to a digital industrial company, leading industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
4. Jascha Kaykas-Wolff - CMO at Mozilla
As Chief Marketing Officer, Jascha Kaykas-Wolff leads Mozilla's global marketing strategy and organization. Jascha believes in two key principles: Find opportunities where no one else is looking; And, never fail the same way twice.
5. Maggie Chan Jones - CMO at SAP
As CMO of SAP, Maggie Chan Jones is responsible for leading SAP's global advertising and brand experience, customer audience marketing, and field and partner marketing functions across all markets. 6. John Kennedy - CMO at Xerox
John Kennedy is chief marketing officer for Xerox. He was named to this position and appointed a corporate vice president in July 2014. Kennedy is responsible for advertising, experiential marketing, public relations, internal communications, integrated campaigns, and interactive and social marketing.
7. Jeff Rohrs - CMO of Yext
Jeff serves as CMO for Yext, the company that puts business on the map with the award-winning Yext Location Cloud. Prior to joining Yext, Jeff served as Vice President of Marketing Insights for Salesforce and ExactTarget where he built the content marketing and thought-leadership teams.
8. Jennifer Marchetti - CMO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate
Jennifer Marchetti is the Chief Marketing Officer for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and leads the teams responsible for brand marketing strategy, direct marketing, online marketing, franchise sales marketing, and communications.
9. Mark Galante - CMO of PURE Insurance

10. Jim Trebilcock - CMO of Dr Pepper Snapple Group
