To be sharp and focused, you need to be well-rested. But the very tool you're using to promote your business--social media--could be ruining your shut-eye. A University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine team surveyed 1,788 young Americans about both their social media habits and their sleep and found that the more time a person spends checking sites like Facebook, the more likely they are to experience sleep problems. In fact, those who checked social media most frequently were three times more likely to have sleep troubles. If you're struggling to get enough sleep it might be worth considering how much social media is playing a role in your problems.
