Here’s how it works: When you wake up in the morning, figure out the one thing that you really want to get done that day. When you’re ready to do it, set a timer for 25 minutes and work on your goal or project in an uninterrupted way. Ignore the phone, social media, and other distractions. When the 25 minutes are done, take a break and get your mind off what you’re working on. Then, if you have more to do on your project--or want to move on to another--set your timer for another 25 minutes.
