00:10 Tom Gimbel: I really believe that the right time for entrepreneurs, especially of small and growing companies to make a hire is before they actually believe they have the need. And if you're hiring the right person, they're gonna contribute in areas and offer some intangibles that you may not think you need. And obviously if payroll is tight, you can't go out spend seven, eight, nine, 10,000 dollars a month willy-nilly. But at the same time, if you wait until you have the need and the hiring process takes 30, 60, 90 days or longer to find the right person, you're really slowing down the growth of your company. To constantly be interviewing people on a variety of positions is a proactive way, not only to make sure that you have a candidate flow coming in to your company, but also to make sure that you're abreast of what's going on in the market place. To do one or two interviews a week for a variety of different positions can really add a lot of value to your company.
