00:10 Tom Gimbel: My favorite interview question to ask a candidate is, "Tell me about what one of your parents did for a living and how in-depth can you go in telling me about that?" And the insight that I can gain from that is the interaction you have with people, one, who aren't of your generation even though that your parents and you have a different relationship. But number two. How inquisitive you are to what your folks did, and then also the type of family you grew up and how much exposure your parents gave you. It really gives me a good understanding as far as what a candidate's upbringing was and their inquisitiveness.
