The key is to keep your network up, to be proactive in offering advice and help to others, and then, when you're looking to hire, there's a lot more reciprocity in the market place. So keeping your network up within your vendors, your clients as well as different peers, whether it be from college or graduate school or your old companies before you started your firm is really the best way to do it. And then utilizing classified ads. Monster and CareerBuilder and Dice and all the different jobs boards as well as recruiting firms if that's a viable option for you based on your budget.
