The Shinjuku neighborhood in Japan is home to the busiest train station in the world, Tokyo’s government center, and now, the Godzilla-themed Hotel Gracery. Yes, that’s right, according to Kotaku, you can wake up to the face of a fire-breathing monster every morning.
Because the films aren't terrifying enough, a massive--almost too real--Godzilla head is being built atop the roof of the Toho Cinema, which is located directly below the hotel. These images we pulled from a YouTube video show that you can stay in the $334-per-night "Godzilla Room" at the Gracery and enjoy a romantic night alongside Godzilla memorabilia and a giant claw threatening to tear you to shreds.
And let's not forget the bathroom, because who wouldn’t want to sit on the toilet amid a command center decor that reminds you of your impending doom?
Other "Godzilla View Rooms" look out directly at the monster's head, a view certain to be really peaceful and not frightening at all. So next time you are looking for somewhere to stay while on business in Japan, why not splurge?
