Welcome to the 166th episode of the Inc. Uncensored podcast, hosted by Inc. editor James Ledbetter.

This week, features editor Diana Ransom delves into Inc.'s annual Rising Stars package, a list of 30 founders under 30 years old. Ransom teases some of the honorees, including 21-year old Daniel Katz, the founder and CEO of No Cow, which makes low-sugar nondairy protein bars, cookies, and nut butters; and Emellie O'Brien, founder of Earth Angel, a startup helping movie and television production companies to become more environmentally sustainable.

Then, Inc. editors and I discuss the demise of an Obama-era startup visa program. The visa was intended to attract foreign entrepreneurs to the U.S., but has only received 10 applications in the past year, as opposed to the nearly 3,000 experts had expected it would fetch, according to a Bloomberg report.

For our exit interview segment, the group interviews Dheeraj Pandey, the co-founder and CEO of cloud computing software company Nutanix, which went public in 2016 at a more than $2 billion valuation.
